Set up your Gmail account with Google's 2-step verification enabled.

Make sure all three documents are signed before day one — you'll receive them via ZohoSign from Austin Software:

  • PIIA (Proprietary Information and Inventions Agreement)
  • Consulting Agreement
  • Indemnity Letter (Argentina, Peru, Brazil, and Colombia only)

Your first day is structured — you won't be left figuring things out on your own.

Set up your Slack profile — add your picture, phone number, and role. Join the key channels and get to know your team.
