Howdy Brand
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers about the brand hub — how it is organized, where to find guidelines and assets, and how to reach the team.
What is the Howdy Brand hub?
The Howdy Brand hub is the internal home for Howdy's brand system — guidelines, downloadable assets, AI tools, and resource libraries. It keeps US and LATAM teams aligned on how the brand looks, sounds, and shows up across channels.
Who is this site for?
Anyone at Howdy who creates or approves brand work: design, marketing, content, product, events, and partner teams. Use it when you need official logos, colors, copy guidance, templates, or approved photography and video.
How is the site organized?
The navigation follows three areas: Creative (brand guidelines, motion, voice & tone), Tools (Prompt Builder, Job Description Builder, and upcoming AI utilities), and Library (logos, images, videos, icons, templates, and Figma files).
What is the difference between US and LATAM guidelines?
Howdy shares one identity with regional nuance. US and LATAM each have dedicated branding pages, color palettes, and voice & tone docs so teams can follow the right rules for their market without breaking the overall system.
How can I submit a request or report an issue?
Use the Contact page. You can message the team by topic — content updates, broken links, new tool ideas, or general questions — and your request is routed to the right owner.
Where do I find US and LATAM branding guidelines?
Under Creative → Guidelines: Branding US and Branding LATAM. Each page covers logo usage, layout principles, and market-specific direction.
What is included in the Motion Design toolkit?
The Motion Toolkit documents animation principles, timing, easing, and examples for applying motion to Howdy brand assets and UI. Reach out to the Motion team via Contact for new motion ideas.
How do Voice & Tone guidelines work?
Voice & Tone lives under Creative with separate US and LATAM tracks: brand identity, messaging frameworks, and writing guidelines. Start with Brand Identity, then Messaging and Writing Guidelines for your region.
Where are color palettes and typography specs?
Official palettes are on the Colors page (US and LATAM ramps). Typography rules, type pairings, and hierarchy live on the Typography Guide.
Can I use brand assets for partner or external materials?
Yes, when you follow the published guidelines and use approved files from the Library. For co-branded, press, or non-standard use cases, check guidelines first or contact the brand team through Contact.
What is the Prompt Builder?
The Prompt Builder is a curated gallery of ready-to-use AI prompts for brand and marketing tasks. Browse by category, copy a prompt, and adapt it in your workflow.
What is the Job Description Builder?
The Job Description Builder helps Howdy teams draft consistent role postings using approved structure and language. Use it when hiring or updating job templates internally.
When will upcoming tools be available on the site?
Job Post Generator and Copy Assistant are marked Upcoming in the Tools menu. They are on the roadmap but do not have a public launch date yet. Watch the hub and internal comms for announcements, or suggest priorities via Contact.
How do I suggest a new tool for the hub?
Open Contact, choose New tool suggestion, and describe what the tool should do and who would use it. The development and brand teams review requests regularly.
Do the AI tools connect to live models?
Prompt Builder and Job Description Builder provide templates and structured inputs you use in your own AI tools. They do not run generation inside the hub — copy the output and work in your approved environment.
Where can I download logos and in which formats?
The Logos page lists Howdy brand marks and partner logos with download links. Formats vary by asset; use SVG or PNG from the gallery whenever possible.
What is the difference between Image Library and Assets?
Image Library is curated brand photography with filters by category, location, and usage. Assets is a broader download area for mixed brand files. Use Image Library for approved photos; Assets for other packaged resources.
How do I find icons, templates, and Figma libraries?
Iconography for the icon set, Templates for deck and doc starters, and Figma Libraries for design system files linked from Figma.
Can I copy image or video URLs for decks and social?
Yes. In Image Library and Video Library, use the link action on a card to copy a shareable URL, or download the source file directly.
How often is library content updated?
The content team adds and refreshes assets as campaigns, events, and brand needs evolve. If something is missing or outdated, request an update through Contact with the Content update request subject.
